Brides and Grooms

Three friend/couples are getting married this year (two couples within a week from now). This is a cause we love to celebrate...by blowing things up. We culminated the festivities by blowing up this wedding cake. And then a Ken and Barbie in their best wedding clothes.

From left to right, Lucinda, Jeremy, Cory and Stephanie. Joel and Kathy wished they could be here (I think).

Food Fight

This time, in honor of the brides and grooms, we had rice and groom cakes as part of the food fight. Cooked rice, that is.

Invitation

4th of July Party

On Sunday, July 4

Starting 5pm

At the Peckhams

In honor of all our friends who are taking the big plunge this year we thought we would change up the party somewhat this year. In fact we will even have a mock wedding cake, decorate it, put a little bride and groom on top, sing “Here Comes the Bride”,…

and blow it to kingdom come!!! Ha, hahahaha, hah.

And that would just be a sample. See other Barbies and Kens meet a gruesome end, not to mention cantaloupes. Shoot off all the fireworks you have the nerve to light. Participate in a food fight. Dig into some good food and drink. Kids can play on the zipline, trampoline or in the treehouse.

See previous parties at http://4thcookingshow.blogspot.com/

Bring your chairs, coolers and any potluck style dish. We’ll be providing meat.

It will be great to see you.
